You can return the ordered goods to us within 14 days of receipt using a shipping service provider of your choice or conveniently in our store hand back. We are unable to accept returns outside of our return period. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please keep the delivery receipt until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been received. This proof shows the return date and the receipt number for your return.

Please enclose the enclosed slip with your order number with your return so that we can allocate and process your order more quickly upon receipt. Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be credited to your account within 14 days. You will receive the amount using the same payment method that you used for your purchase.

Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of inspection - for example, as is usual in a store when trying on items - and that they must be returned with the original label and the order form included in the package. If the goods deteriorate due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
